ISDNCid V 2.3.0.10
ISDNCid is a Windows program that resides in the system
tray and registers incoming calls through your ISDN adapter. The
program may be configured through a simple user interface to act
differently on calls to different numbers and from different
callers. Functions included are Caller Id, Answering Machine,
Call Blocking, Fax Reception, Text Messages and External Program
Launching.
In order to use ISDNCid you must have a computer running Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and an ISDN adapter, which supports CAPI 2.0. The CAPI programming interface is part of the drivers installation for your ISDN adapter and should normally be provided by the hardware manufacturer.
By clicking on one of the following links you
will start to download the installation program (1.5 Mb). The
installation program is started automatically after download and
will give you a free trial period of 21 days. To use the program
after the trial period has ended you must register your copy and
pay the registration fee of US $15.

Important notice for users running Hebrew Windows!
The installation program for ISDNCid is a WinZip selfextracting archive file. On Hewbrew Windows this occasionally results in some error messages during unpacking. If you experience this behaviour, please download the complete ISDNCid installation file and use WinZip to extract the contents to a separate directory. Then run the setup program from this directory.

Be sure that you terminate your running ISDNCid (if any) before you start the installation.

If you are going to run ISDNCid as a service under Windows NT, 2000 or XP, you must download and install a utility program. If you have installed this utility before, it's not necessary to do it again.
To run ISDNCid as an ordinary user without administrator rights under NT, 2000 and XP you should run regedt32.exe, open the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ISDNCID and give all users full permissions to this key.

If you want to run this version as a 2.3 preview, just install it. If you only want the 2.2 version functionality, delete the file isdncfig.exe from the ISDNCid directory after installation.

The address book import utility will scan through all your outlook contacts and add the different phone numbers to the ISDNCid phonebook.
Please be aware that Outlook will terminate when the application is closed and Outlook must be restarted.
