For current users - many thanks for your extreme patience. A service release (2.3.0.23 English) which installs and
should run well on Vista and Win7 (32 and 64 bit) is available for
download and testing. You will not be able to run this version as a system service on Vista or Windows 7. Just rename the zip-file
to .exe and run.
